All of this is included in the churrasco experience. They also bring out things like fried cheese and roasted pineapple.

We had ordered the full churrasco experience, which means you get to use both the market table (sides and salads, well worth it as they're all delicious) as well as all the meat that comes around on the skewers. The main issue came at the end when the bill came. They even brought out a complimentary dessert for my partner's birthday we were celebrating, which was so nice! Service started a little rocky when our server introduced herself as Willow and never came back, but that gap was filled by the rest of the great staff who came around and checked in on us frequently, so overall the service was great. They bring out delicious rolls and a variety of sides for the table throughout the meal (fried polenta, fried bananas, and garlic mashed potatoes), all of which. The food was fantastic and we were very pleased. I've been to Fogo before, but never this location.
